Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments to schedules are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. We request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellation.
Less than 24 hour notice will result in a balance of 50% of your service total. Your balance must be paid before your next service is scheduled.

We accepts cash, all major credit cards , or personal checks.
There is a $30 returned-check fee.
Payment
We realize that you may want to see another stylist based on a variety of reasons – prices, schedules, or sometimes just to try something new! Please feel free to ask us for a referral to another in-house stylist. All of our stylists are very supportive of one another and we work as a team.
We keep detailed records of your color formulations and service history.
And, don’t forget, we have our own in-house apprenticeship program. Therefore, many of our stylists have received their training from our own senior stylists. In this way, we can ensure that no matter who you see, you will receive the same high quality service to which you have grown accustomed.
